Has a local KB member shown you the "official KB" wave yet?

With only 21 posts to his name, he's not privy to the KB wave yet

I wave unless I'm really conentrating on what's happening in front of me [e.g. lots of traffic].

Sometimes I nod instead if I need both hands on the handlebar...

You know who doesn't wave? Dem peeps on scooters! 99% of them don't wave! In fact, some of them even have the gall to violently pull off the road and crash when they suffer shock that a KBer [me] deigned to bother to wave to them!

I tend to salute, depending on my mood and how much I like the other dudes bike. Funnily enough not too many do it back... (especially those Harley gangs).

But especially on an abysmal day when you see another biker bearing the weather they deserve a good on ya mate.

I did that the other day... Both knees down, bike's wheels up in the air, waving for help...

...any more than six shakes could be construed by the casual observer, as tossing off...and a nod is as good as a wink to a blind man...

There was a big wave in Japan a few months back.

Funny, I was just thinking on the ride home tonight (having delivered a couple of nods and having them returned) that it was about time someone started another waving thread.)
