The harly bikers wave is retaliation, you've pondered it for two weeks.
When a jappa dude waves to a harley biker you know you have wrecked his day.

I rode past two cops once and they didn't wave so I just thought bad things about them.
Do you wait to be waved at or wave out first? Sometimes I wave first and they dont wave back so I feel stupid so mainly I just wait to be waved at.
