Just shows what a change in the weather can do to bikers. In another week or two most will be tucked up in garages till late spring, then they will be waving like the blossums.

    Snob

    I nod to all

Those that mind don't matter, and those that nod back are participating in the same slice of pie you're enjoying

I wave to most bike riders, when I'm on my scooter. Some might get pissed off. And frankly, I dont give a shit if they do. Suprising how many do acknowledge me.

After 45 years (in june), since my 1st bike, I dont give a monkeys toss what people think of the style of bike I ride.

That would be weird to get pissed off at someone waving at you, are you serious? I was just joking about the feeling dirty waving at a scooter thing, mostly, hahaha. Not joking about the cop though!

I'm getting a bit worried here as I'm close to buying my first Harley (03 Wideglide anniversary). I thought that this would make me "captain awesome" and I planned on waving at pretty much everybody. I'm reading this and am starting to form a picture that Harley's are the bike equivalent of having ginger hair. What's up guys? Where's the love?

Simple behaviour modification principle. Not getting a return nod will extinguish waving behaviour...

Hey - GN riders are still riders - they are just very misguided ... and I'm not so sure a Nionja 250 is any better ... a different shape sure, but still a 250 ...

Shit that was a risk ... any time I've tried that they've stopped me and asked why I "gave them the finger" or "flipped the bird" ...

Haha I think it was a very obvious wave and couldn't be construed as anything else. Think it was in Tokoroa.

Glue a honda badge on the tank. Then EVERYBODY will wave to you ....
