Yep got an email from the Woodville Lyons club (i think thats who sent it to me) confirming the date and to say ACC is sponsering high visibility vests this year
Id prefer they lower the ACC content of motor cycle registration personaly
Ill be attending at this stage unless something comes up

Stumbled across Cowboyz a few years back on the "250" on a Coast to Coast. It's not too bad after lunch from Woodville out to the beach.

Might even skip the beach this year and head across to Webber, Wimbledon, Blackhead beach, backroads to Havelock North.

I have been wanting to do this ride and decided to go last year.

Unfortunately it clashed with the South Island KB ride in at Otematata.

It's a nostalgic trip for me, I grew up across that whole area and my first job was at Akitio near the beach.

Unfortunately it clashes with the SI KB "Staging Post" this year too! (probably forever now)

I am leaving it until the last minute to decide but leaning heavily toward the NI Coast to Coast this year.

The prospect of so much congestion on the roads doesn't mean I will get much of a look around though.

Too busy looking where I am going and looking out for other riders! John.

Probably a minimum of a couple of hundred. Not all go the whole way. Hopefully no prangs this year.

Well I think it was last year some old guy had a heart attack as everyone went through fielding and came off his bike. But generally the rides are pretty well organised and the pace is pretty good. A cop car leads at the front and everyone has too follow.
Life is difficult because it is non-linear.
