    Awesome

What an awesome turnout. 450 riders turned up.... Massive effort, will be in this again next year for sure..

Thumbs up to the organisers, and everyone else. Lots of bikes, lots of people, lots of toys = lots of smiles on the kids faces at xmas....

    Enjoy

Have to agree - awesome day out and well worth getting a bit 'sore' over (gettin a bit ouchy down below towards the end of the day).

Hats off to the Wellington HOG people, bloody good job! Every event of theirs we have been on are just so well organised and they always turn on food, coffee, bands etc - brilliant stuff...

Vicki and I cruised home via the Paekakareki Hill rd and just growled along quietly to our local cafe for a nice coffee / smoothie before getting home (just now) to enjoy the rest of the day - lordy lordy is there anything finer than a beautiful day and a willing bike...

Was a great day, and a great ride.
My 250 Hyosung managed to take my father-in-law as pillion very well, although he is a little sore in places (found some mussels he didn't know he had)

Saw a few of the KB crowd around, and it was opportunity to dribble over some nice bikes.
I finally got my knee down! …and my shoulder …and my pillion’s head.

It was a well organised and managed event. It was a good event to catch up with people and view nice bikes - even the Harleys. A past work colleague has just bought a 2007 Harley Street Bob. My first ride on a Harley was as pillion on her last bike.

Once a year is enough for a toy run. I enjoyed the occasion but not the ride. After the sausage did a run around the bays to finish the ride off.

Had a blast, never seen so many bikes on one place, met some cool people, and a few old friends, made a few new ones.

Ride was done in a very safe manner, didn't see many trouble causers, and very well organized.

    Thanks heaps guys.

The Hyosung isnt to bad 2 up, it takes a little longer to get up to speed, but the RPM's are the same at 100kph as with just me on it.

Top speed 2 up, not sure, got up to around 130 (over taking on a private test track named SH2 )
I finally got my knee down! …and my shoulder …and my pillion’s head.
