Had the rounds in slow, medium, fast and racing. This meant that riders were in groups matching the ability of their bikes and themselves. Lots of bikes.
Hoping they do days like these at Puke as well. The open days at Puke I've seen so far don't seem to have much structure.
Plan to go to the open day at Puke this Friday to try out the new bike (CBR1000FL), but will not be keen if I am too out classed (rider ability, not the bikes). I'd just fuck-off the faster riders and risk trashing a bike that I've only just got.
PS: If Puke closes ot Motor Racing, have they thought about ulturnitives? Thought they should put a track around, or by Meremere. What do you think?
i have the same feelings man. although i have never been on track yet. i would love to have a go. and pukekohe is the closest one to me. i hope they do stay in action or yea otherwise they should build a new and better one at meremere or somewhere...maybe KB can have its own track built...hmmm...
yea i would probably be more relaxed in trying the track if it was organised for novices in varying speeds, i would probably be in the slow lane...
