Yes, in fact me and my flatmates have had various conversations with him, but its hard to be polite when he is going through our mail etc The only time we hear from him is when we have done something 'wrong', i get the impression he is bored and likes getting worked up over little things

Would you like advice on how to deal with the guy?

You have two options:

A. Move house.

B. Behave like a civilised human being and talk to him. Find out what his issues are. Become his friend. Resolve your differences.

Well i posted this in the rant or rave forum...therefore by the very definition of the word 'Rant' which Wikipedia describes as "A rant is a purely emotion driven speech or piece of writing that has been sparked by something so emotionally or intellectually jarring that one ignores any notion of making a well researched and calm argument. A rant directly attacks an idea, person or institution, often making few tangible claims and broad, possibly personal, attacks upon the target. I actually think that instead of wasting time doing that you should clean your maggotty rubbish bin. I would also be telling you about it if I had to walk past it for a couple of days because you are too lazy to bring it back onto your property. You are a renter, a bit of advice from an ex-property manager, clean up your act before your neighbour complains to who you rent from, giving grounds for notice to remedy and possible termination of your tenancy.
