Well, she's a riot at times as the above shows, and it beats having her thump me in the ribs and back and gesture wildly when she wants me to either go faster and overtake or stop scraping the boards...

Mind you, she still thumps me anyway...

I want one of those awesome communication devices!!!

Indy's always saying stuff that I can't hear... then i go "WHAAAAT???" and he repeats it but I still can't hear... and then he gets angry at ME coz his bike makes a big noise...

having those would make life so much easier on the bike!

    Another thread dredge...

She's still a blonde! As she was getting ready for work this morning, I asked her if she'd like a light above her mirror to see herself better.

She replied, as women tend to after a "certain age", that she uses the bathroom mirror if necessary, but reckoned a light would only show up her wrinkles and blemishes of old age anyway.

I told her she was gorgeous, of course but she retorted, "Yeah, but you wear glasses!" Now, she left herself wide open, didn't she..?

I simply replied, "Awww... even without my glasses you're still beautiful!"

The C50T is not like other cruiser's. It's the nearest bike I've ridden that feels like my old B31 BSA, but with power, brakes and handling, if you know what I mean. It's the best bike I've ever owned or ridden if you can only have one bike.

I've surprised mates on their GSX1400's and Bandit's and blown away others on their Harley's with twice the engine of the C50T.

I unfortunately have been banned from riding again as a result of my broken back, and am really gutted to have to sell a bike I planned on keeping forever!

I guess the best bit is I'm alive and can help the Missus with her full frontal's anytime...

Not really that problem mate, it's just that my back and the prognosis for the future is rather delicate and the risk of re-injury putting me in a wheelchair is very real. I can't afford to risk it as it'll be too easy to stuff me up permanently. I've had to sell our car that we bought new 12 years ago as the seating is not suitable for my back now, and we're looking for a suitable vehicle in conjunction with ACC.

I had a B31 - I'm not sure I'd even look at at C50T with that kind of recommendation ...

Ha ha, perhaps it wasn't the best recommendation... At least the riding position reminded me of the Beeza...
