Unhappy Lost: Blue envelope near Barry's Point Rd

Today I got a thank you card for my favourite bike mechanic. But it must have fallen out of my pocket somewhere between the Takapuna shops and Barry's Point Road.

If anyone spots a bright blue envelope on the road in Takapuna, please stick a bit of chewing gum on the bottom of your boot, ride over and stamp on the card, then deliver it to Rob at Holeshot. I'm sure he won't mind that it has chewing gum, tyre tracks and grease spots on it. He is a mechanic after all.

He's also very kind to 250cc Suzuki singles and their riders, so I recommend him to all those newbie GN riders out there!

It was for him, not from him!

Yes he is a legend. And he always takes time out to explain to me (as a newbie) what he has done to my bike, and the weekly maintenance I should be doing at home, and even tips on how to make it easier. He's a good guy.

As for Skyyrder and davereid... those were Rob's French letters you snorted... no wonder you have a nosebleed
