So who is voting Labour next election?

    http://www.nzherald.co.nz/section/1/...ectid=10477409

Now it's potentially illegal to protest peacefully. "Someone' ordered the cops to move them on, but now that the Police Complaints authority have upheld the complaint (albeit 8 effing years later...) the Gov't just changes the rules to make it ok.

    Sound familiar.?

    Talk about arrogant.

Arrogant, yes. Gonna stay in power...NO!!! not if my vote can make a difference.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I've mostly voted Labour all my voting life (the Muldoon gummint of the '70s being the catalyst for that), but despite thinking Alan Clark is the best PM we've had for some time, I'm so fuktoff with the shenanigans and arrogance of the current lot, I've had more than enough of them.
The trouble is, are any of "the other lot" any more credible? :spudwhat:

IMHO, they're all (by and large) self-seeking and take themselves way too seriously and their responsibility to the people they're supposed to be representing and serving WAY too lightly.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

You know how when you cut yourself, it hurts and the red stuff comes out?? Well, this is a clue and a reminder for all those too stupid to remember for themselves.
The red stuff is the Labour's colour of choice, so you know that when the red stuff is about, it is going to hurt. And when the booboo scabs over, do not pick at it, cos it will only make the red stuff come back and hurt you all over again..
Now, everyone knows that the colour blue is cool, and when the sky is blue, that is an excellent time to ride your bike. This is another clue and a reminder etc....blue is good and co-incidently is the colour choice of the National.
Go forth and spread the word.
Oh - and those pesky car manufacturers try to fool you...don't worry about red or blue there...just buy the one that suits you, cos apart from Bathurst, we don't care what you drive.

I agree. We don't vote govt's In in NZ, we vote them OUT.

They are no better than each other really, but the longer they are in office, the more they think they can get away with.

I see an article about the suppression of protests, but not the bit about the law change?

I've always been a bit of a chardonnay liberal, but even I have had a gutsful of the current regime, which says volumes for how ludicrous their policies have become.

But Mr Keys and brethren are a dismal bunch as well. Bring back the McGillicuddy's!

    I guess this is it:

    http://www.stuff.co.nz/4282231a11.html

Seems like it's not going as far as the people complaining are claiming, but it's stupid to link it to VIPs - if it's genuinely offensive behaviour, then nobody should be subjected to it.
