Bastard jailed

I have been holding out on some personal shit for a while now. But its seems the wheels of justice have turned at last. I have two Daughters living in Christchurch with thier mother, my ex had a boyfriend a while ago who seemed to have accepted my daughters (i wont say loved them cos thats my thing) but you know what i mean. I got a phone call about 6 months ago from my ex who told me that 'the ex boyfriend' had interfered with my girls while he was living there...taking photos/touching etc...(how the fuck do you deal with that?) i really wanted to get on a plane and go see him. Police seized his pc and he was arrested...appeared in court today and is on remand till Feb 08'....please oh please keep him there till then, Lawyer does not think he will get bail....it was in the Herald yesterday, i havent seen the article, but a call from CH-CH tonight was the best news....im happy in the knowledge that i know what happens to freaks like him....inside!!!....Mark

Oh MM, that sucks, I can't even begin to imagine the pain and anguish you must be feeling! There are some seriously sick arse-holes out there, and I'm sorry your girls had to meet one.

But take knowledge in that, that most harden crims the one thing they hate is people who do stuff against children, so hopeful some of them will sort him out while inside

Sorry your girls had to go through this MM .. & the hell you & your ex have been through too ..

friends daughter was interferred with by a neighbour .. through councelling she was strong enough to go through the court case .. 4 yrs he has been behind bars & due out in feb ... they say he is rehabilitated .. but are they ????

He has lost his home, family etc but she lost her childhood, and trust .. IMHO he has not even begin to suffer enough ..

..................I know when I end up fighting my ex's (driven by her partner) application to take Nats away from me I will be as calm as as no point showing anger or pointing fingers.....Justice does win in Mark's Daughter's case.................

Thanks Mrs KD...Im happy that he plead guilty so that my girls did not have to stand up there and go through it bit by bit in court

I am very glad to hear the bastard is going to get his just deserts. Kids are to be loved and protected and allowed to grow up in safety and security with those loking after them to support them. This prick let them and you down. Just remember that at some point as your girls grow up they may need to talk to someone about it, otherwise it can build up and lead to other issues.

Also, impressed that you had the self control to not go and kill the arsehole.

I knew where he lived, who he was, where he worked....i was talking to someone who lived there about it when i first got the news some months back, just wanted to know if he knew this prick as he is a biker or should that be was?
