Nah, i'd never handle riding a sport bike, i have to sit on the pillion seat on my GN as it is (oh the joys of being 6'2")

Im about 6' and I end up half way between the pillion and the actual seat too.
Do you also slide onto the pillion (or further back) on the motorway to be more aerodynamic and get a bit closer to 100?
    Still love my bike though

Well i started out sortof on the half way mark when i first got her, but found myself creeping back, and became more comfortable and in control as i did so. Found my foot at a horrible angle to get under the gear shift and never understood why, till i went for a long ride one day and arched my back a bit to stretch on the slow section nearing home and felt something vibrating touch my butt, turns out i was so far back i was touching the rail at the back of the pillion seat! so have adjusted the position of the gear shift since, and she's all good now. i dont sit RIGHT back usually, but i'd say 3/4 on the pillion. would explain why she's not so comfy if i'm on her for too long, gotta keep moving around on the seat.
I dont use the motorway, as i'm still limited to 70kph on the dirty ol' L-Plate, but i would 'imagine' i would do that at a hundred, not that i've ever been that fast on her if i were to lean forward for streamlining whilst parked on the front seat my head would be in front of the gauges, not such a good place to be!

    Where were all the bikes?

Where was everyone? Got there at 7:05 and no-one there. Had everyone left already? Hung around for a while, went for a cruise up the side roads just in case there was another mobil around. But nope - nothing.

You guys missed the cool Wheelies I taught myself to do

Than you kitty for another eye opening night... Believe it or not i actually learnt alot watching rather than doing (took cage :-( ).Watching everyone else and knowing what others have told me what i was doing right and wrong i could finally see where they were coming from and understood more from my lessons.
It was nice to meet more of fellow KB'S in a different location and setting.
Hope to see you all again next week.....Ill have my bike
    Enjoy the ride .....

Thanks for a great night Kitty, and to Bigdog for his words of wisdom too, was definitely an educational night for such a fresh noob as myself. Definitely got me thinking a lot more about every little thing i'm doing.
