Well the driver was being a bit of an arsehole by not co-operating, just didn't listen to the cop. Cop asked him to turn around etc and the guy ignored him and did look like he may walk away. Cop warned about tazer, guy ignored.............seems simple to me although at same time crazy.

To be fair to the cop he was polite and kept his voice and temperament pretty level.

The guy was up and about pretty quick.

Message...listen and do what the cops say.
