I will agree its not easy being a mod. It also is very very time consuming alot is required of you. Its a very unthanked job as we have seen this week.But ya gotta be able to take on board advice sometimes ,i know this as i have employed alot of people over the years

Its hard being the boss and its even harder being a liked one but get it right is very rewarding financially as well as a successfull buisness/site. You are only as good as the people behind your site/buisness whateva. Reputation is everything

So fairness is all i ask and yes i do understand i just dont let on. Alot of people have been asked to mod but have turned it down why.... Thats why. So there you have it.

Ya not all bad and i now know all the mods real names too........

If i was asked i will let you know my reply................... Watch this space.
