Viva La Figa
Yeah yeah....thats interesting for sure, Colin's best time was pretty handy too.
Hope Rossi is more competitive next season, always a good race when he is fighting with someone for victory who ever it is.
Thats a pretty good time for De Angelis
Rossi got quicker and Stoner injured himself: http://www.crash.net/motorsport/moto...wednesday.html
Viva La Figa
Early testing observations (obvioulsly take these at face value, it will change)....
A nucleus of honda riders posting fast times, just like the 990 days. indicating honda has made a decent bike that most riders can ride quickly.
A reasonable mixture of both B & M riders in the top 10 (although B is still using 07 compounds until tomorrow)
Stoner is the only Ducati rider in the top 10 (he probably would have topped the sheets had he not crashed).
250 riders seem to adjust to the small 800's better than the superbike guys (or guy as it may be!)
Stoner goes into the christmas break after finishing on a crash (presuming he won't ride at the test again), what sort of mind game will that be, knowing that the last time you rode you got smashed.
Bring it on!
Go Nakano!!

So when do the Pramac/Alice boys get to test? Toni Elias and Sylvian Guintoli?
Seems most of Rossi's test are on the '07 bike, wonder if the '08 bike has many changes? Think all the privateer Honda guys will be on the same spec bike as the Repsol '07 bike. Only the Repsol guys will get the new '08 version.
Whats up with Marco Melandri??
Always interesting. But we can't take too much from these times as they are more about testing - rather than lap times. That comes later!
But yeah, bring it on![]()

It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.
And they've even been "testing" qualifying tyres!![]()
