    (09) Flatmate wanted soonish - Northcote, North Shore

    One of the guys is moving out in about a month

    Nice view overlooking Hillcrest
    ADSL
    Takeaways, Dairy and a Hair salon 5 minute walk - Ive timed Smart Mouth
    Bus stop 5 minutes away... Buses to the city in the morning
    closeish to the motorway

    Other local facilities include, Blockbuster, Pizza Hut, Liquor Land about 4 gas stations, Supermarket, Bakery and a shit load more only 10 odd minutes away by foot

    There are like four car parks... however the outside two are taken by me and my mate... the other two in the garage house the S2 RX7

    Rent is $140 p/w + expenses like power phone and food

    Forgot to mention doh >_<

    There isnt enough parking for another car in the garage or the drivewat which leaves the road...

    how ever there is enought room to cumfortably fit 2 or so bikes into the garage still leaving plenty of room to work on the bike and car...
