Blimmin' nice photo, and to tell the truth, I did look at the others to see if it was the best (and yeah, of course it was!)
Nice to know that a lot of others thought so too!
Now use that feather in your cap to prick your swlling head and get back down to bashing out the next Kiwi Rider articles!:

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
The Herald requested this:
They are publishing a higher res version in tomorrows paper with a mug shot. Suitably bikerish.
About the winning shot.
It was taken at 21.55 on 11/07/07 with a Canon EOS 400D Digital Camera mounted on a tripod on the Hopetoun Rd Overpass.
The Camera was manually white balanced and some yellow was removed from the exposure in post processing.
The exposure time was 30 seconds and the F Stop was set to F14.
ISO Speed Rating was 100.
A Canon 18-55 Lens was used with a focal length of 18mm.
It is part of a series of 12 images of Auckland 'Painted with Light'.
Edited because I keep seeeling Canon with two ns - see if the Herald spots eet.
S'funny, I drove over the overpass several times today, and each time looked from where the shot was taken.
It's actually a stunning view during the day, but you made it look so damn good at night.
Never been big on photography, but I know what I like, and I love that shot Dave!
