Now that we have a date, I will talk to my bed pillion to see if she wants to come as well. IF she is unavalible, then there will be a spare pillion space behind "Roxanne". I will be departing from Whg 7am sharp to make the toy run. Will check Parakai for Cheap Beds as I don't like going very far after drinking.

My place is about $25km from the venue and my floor is still open to thiose wabnting to stay.

I phoned around for alternative accomodation:
Black Petes:
Have cabins @ $20 per person or $25 if you taking your own room (no partner) they are opposite the venue.
Mineral Park Hotel:
$95 a room or $100 if you have a family.... $15 for every extra person.
There is also a hotel in the centre of Helensville called the Grand Hotel, couldn't get hold of anyone to confirm pricing.
The other 2 places still have plenty of room.

Well I've booked a cabin for 2 ($40, $20 eachand made Beds) @ Balck Petes. If you are planning to stay there, book ASAP. They have a tentative booking for the whole camp with a forestry group on the same day, but or doing a first come first serve as far as bookings go
So book your bed Tomorrow.
