Anyone know if I have to take my bike to an authorized Hyo dealer for servicing in order to keep my warranty etc? or can I take it to the local, (and much closer) honda dealer and workshop?

i would say you would have to at least take it to a hyo dealer, if not the one you bought it from. but call up and check with them first

yeah pretty sure you have to go through a hyosung dealer, as they have the appropriate knowledge about these bikes, if you go through a local bike shop and something goes wrong it could turn into a big headache if you need to claim under warranty and hyo finds out youve gone through a non hyo workshop.
Ring 0800 HYOSUNG and check with them just in case
