Got.234 a couple of times, when I miss-clicked and recovered at 3.23 sec it asked me if I was asleep! Cheeky fucker!

I managed 0.188 s.
If you want to reduce the impact of the interface as much as possible - move the cursor onto the stop button and press down and hold it down until the colour changes.

Wondered when some one would figure that out, thats what I was told to do, guess I've just got slow reactions.
