Probably when i get a bike and go out for group rides. I was thinking i could get a cheap bike first to learn on and then get something more serious later which would get me out on the road sooner. Anybody know of any seriously cheap bikes around? or how to make a quick buck?

Hi all, well I have decided to choose a lighter smaller slower cheaper bike right out and spend my cash on good gear. The bike I have chosen is an SR250 http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=130411588

I want to hear from owners of these bikes, or previous owners, are there any problem areas? I have fixed lots of small engines, bikes, mowers, outboards so i'm pretty sure of what this needs. I have already taken a look and it all looks straight.
