Wellington area training

My daughter has just arrived in Wgtn for a stay- she's done basic bike training in the UK but wants to get her NZ bike licence- any suggestions for competent basic training in the area? She's based in Seatoun; doesn't yet have a bike but will be looking for one.

hiya, I did my Basic Handling Skills thingy with Andrew of Roadsafe who come well recommended. I was stuck doing mine at a weekend cos of stupid work (Saturday mornings out in a carpark in Petone near the college) but they might run courses during the week in town as well.
