Um. If you paid attention to the news report you will have heard that they questioned the Production company about possible copyright violation regarding a song sounding similar and were referred to the PR company's lawyers who provided a legal opinion that there was no case to answer.

Still... takes the heat off "loose hands" Mallard I guess.
