    For Sale: Diadora Race Boots

I have a pair of BRAND NEW Diadora Race boots, size 40Euro (6 NZ?) sitting in a box in my kitchen.
These are made of Lorica, so they're water-resistant (but are not specifically waterproof), have replaceable toe and calf sliders, and various sorts of built-in protection.

These actually belong to Doug Green, but don't fit him, and he kindly had them sent to me for my wife to try. Unfortunately, they arrived after my wife had already bought some, but they would've been a couple of sizes too big for her anyway.

So - if anyone is interested in buying these for the princely sum of around $100 (that's what Doug said they'd cost, but he hasn't verified that with me yet), let me or Doug Green know. That's ridiculously cheap for a pair of new boots, innit?

My wife test-rode a pair of these (but in a smaller size) in the weekend, and pronounced them great: her feet were warm and dry, she didn't get one numb foot (but I did), and was comfy - and more importantly, styley - all day.

    Couldn't you shrink your feet?
There must be someone (girly?) with feet this size. Surely?
You wouldn't find a better pair of boots for this price.

    Yo!

Keen as mustard, soon as i find the girlfriends foot size. She's currently wearing her old hiking boots, but i'd rather have her as safe as i can get her... specially the way i ride....

They sound about the right size for me. Could be pretty keen if I can try them on.

they are AWESOME boots! i have a set and have raced in a set for a season, have withstood a fair bit but on left side have gone right hru toe slider all the way to my sock, and on right boot have cut into the heel all hte way again to my sock, from the back wheel of the bike when i hang off without gaurds! Anyways they withstood heaps and i cant reccomend them more... i will also say.. Over the course of a years racing they have stretched heaps, i bought them snug fitting and now they feel pretty loose! so i dunno but if its a tight squeeze dont be too fussed as im sure they stretch in a fair bit.

I've got a pair of these for commuting & weekend blats. They were really snug to start with, esp. around the ankles, but after a couple of weeks commuting everyday they've moulded to my feet and softened up. They been really warm and have kept the rain out in the last couple of Akld wet days.
