    ktm cdi!!! help!!!

I Have a KTM sx 125 2000 (2 stroke). ever since i did my top end my bike has running FLAT! i have had everything checked :jets, ports, powervalves, exhust muffler. The bike shop said replace my CDI, i need more reassurance before i do something as drastic and expensive as that!
Could it be any thing else???? Coils??? base gasket size???

My bike starts fresh and fine first kick every time. It has fresh new bottom and top end. it does not miss or backfire, it idols and revs fine.
Fankly just when you open it up it goes flat, with no power-band. When we checked muffler (pipe) it was fine, dry, no worries.
It almost feels like its running lean, but its not the case i have explored all the jetting, and sizes to make it rich, and lean, but still no power. the piston is the correct one. I just cant get my head around it!!!!

Can anyone please share some light to my situation????

Hmm, sounds odd, try on the KTM threads on DRN net (Dirtridernet) in US.

I'd bet that the centrifugal powervalve actuator in the bottom end isn't working if you have checked the top end connection & position (if). Can you actually see the valve arm moving? Not familiar with the KTM but on my GG & KDX the has a cover that you can remove to observe.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
