I am interrested in importing a 90s model Vmax , i want 1 that is Vboost but they do have speed restrictors at 190kph but would the Vboost still kick in at 6000rpm and how do i get rid of the restriction . I am looking for a 2we model do these have vboost ?

The restrictor on yamaha's is in the ignition CDI (digital from 90 onwards) at a rev limit that equates to 180 kph, which is usaully 6200 rpm.
There is a device that can be fitted to by pass the rev limiter (plugs into CDI unit), Maxpac, or red rev used to do ones for Yamahas
