So this is a day in Mark's life as I see it:

Get up around 9 or 10.
Make a coffee
Check Kiwibiker.
Place an ad to sell broken shit for as much as possible.
Claim to be looking for work.
Have another coffee.
Trick self into believing that selling said shit will make it all better, and the job offers will come rolling in.
Talk shit on KB
Have another coffee.
Wonder why no-one wants his thashed and now broken (probably terminally) shit.

Stay up all night wondering when the offers of work paying $20/hr are going to start rolling in.
Thinks about going out on the town, but Oh that's right - I haven't got any money cause that job I'm going to get next week after I've sold my scrap metal and bought a car from the auctions for $50, hasn't yet given me my first pay packet. And anyway, mum wants me to stay home and wash the dishes.

well the zxr was up for sale, i cannot afford another motor for it (she stuffed a big end bearing on cylinder unmber 3 at taupo racetrack....which has worn into the crank.

i have an old blown up motor also that threw a rod, i was going to make one out of two, but i suspect the other crank is buggered.

i can get a second hand one for $225, and can give you that persons contact details.

but to be honest might suit somebody who races? or had a crash ...

bike has a current wof and registration.

have everything.... but the engine is out...and has the head and block and sump off.

maybe it's of some use to somebody,

i will be straight up, i cannot take less than 1500 for it.

fork seals are good, chain and sprockets near new...nsr honda tail etc...

new discs and pads, near new tyres, front is still very good tread (dunlop gpr a-10's front and rear) the rear is getting pretty worn in the middle i think about 2mm tread left.

This is true, You could part it.

Head including the cam's are probably worth 200 at least i would imagine.

Pistion 4 of em might be able to get 300 for all of them.

Chasis is worth a couple hunderd if you sell it too a bucket guy with the suspension and brakes intact.

You might get 50 bucks for the rooted bottom end as well

Think about it mate if you do it right you can almost get a grand if not a grand.

Mark, you could just chuck the ZXR with that Chinese minibike in your father's garage. Possibly a good place for it if you keep insisting on the value of it.
As White Trash previously said, one dollar reserve auctions are a good way of selling things. I sold the MX bike I came off and was not far off from what I paid for it in the first place.
I find it amusing that you still insist on saying your a mechanic, Chinese or otherwise. I would not usually say anything, but I would hate to see someone fed these words and then come out financially in the red after you did/tried the said work.
Someone said this before and it was what I was thinking, you stuffed another bike because you could not be Arsed checking the oil level? A motorcyclist would do this, let alone a mechanic.

P.S. You still selling the heap of Honda parts that used to resemble a complete bike at all, could chuck that on tardme for $1 reserve and see how that went before you did the same with the ZXR. Your call really, but waiting around here is unlikely to see it gone.

the only reason i do not want to part it out is the bits selling gradually, i can't save thats just me, and i know i would spend the money to pay the bills and eat better food than i am now.

and have no cash in hand left in the end.

which does not buy me another vehicle.
