Mr Bell is one of the reasons we need a death penalty in this country.
Why should I as a taxpayer pay to keep him in prison ($80000 per year all up) for the rest of his life, and now pay thousands to keep him alive? Surely simple economics dictates his transport to the colonies or something?

Since The State has seen fit to remove him from general society and take responsibility for his living arrangements they have a duty of care to make sure that he's kept safe.
