Bike police take Queen the wrong way round

When The Queen visited Milton Keynes, she was delayed … as police outriders got lost on their way from the train station to thehub: mk – a journey of about two kilometres!

A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said yesterday: "Outriders, supporting The Queen's vehicle, did take a wrong turning. This resulted in Her Majesty being delayed for a few minutes. At no time was her security compromised."
