Hi there,
Yep its road legal and I think its NZ new, it was first registered 04/2000. There's no retro fit road gear - it's all proper Kawasaki road gear. It's got a steel tank. It's in superb condition. Give us a ring or txt if you want to come and look at it - 021 263 4491.
