    A3 colour printer wanted

    I have been asked to source an A3 colour printer for use on site. Can you reccomend something? Obviously as value priced as possible preferably without the need to refill the machine with consumables every 2 minutes...

    I have no knowledge of these things so any help would be appreciated...

    Are you wanting Inkjet or Laser... or wide format printer??? what will it be used for...? how many prints a day, and percetage of colour per print etc

    I don't to have to fark around with consumables every 2 minutes.
    I want to print at A3.
    Maybe 5 sheets a week.
    It will be used pricincply for printing pics (photos)

    At such low volumes an Inkjet would be the way to go. You could get an inkjet for less than $1500 that'll do that if you avoid Hewlett Packard.

    Go Epson. Canon is good too.

    Once an office has something like that, they tend to use them more often than they would have before.

    Sounds like exactly what I need.

    One issue I have with some inkjets is the ink is easily smudgable, the slightest hint of dampness, (drip of coffee/beer) and yer fooked, a serious shortcoming in this neck of the woods. Are some of 'em better in this regard than others?
