Mine's a Yamaha one, not adjustable, but you're welcome to try it out...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

    Indeed matey.

And I'm pleased to say, when my fizzer flew sideways at 80km/hr through three lanes of rush hour traffic and ended up bouncing off a boat trailer (after thankfully spitting me off to the side), that the fork seals you fixed with the fucken big screwdriver and hammer remained untouched even though the entire front end of my bike was completely munted.

Buying a Ducati one would be madness!!! seen what they charge for sunnies???

actually, a brand new Ducati speedo cable was only $34... wonder how much one would be for a GSXR or R1????

I just want an adjustable one or the 2 in different sizes i need for my rear shock and my steering head... sick of giving 1 local bike shop bourbon.
and the other local bike shop can get fucked.... (when I had the Yammy i went there to diagnose a fault.. was the battery.. said ok... heres my eftpos card... "sorry, not working, you can walk to the bank"... "how about you put my battery in my bike and I ride"..."Nope, we'll do that while you are gone"... was fine for the c*nt on the BMW, grumble grumble, I walk to the bank.... get back... battery not in yet...."havent got a new one...we'll order it but you have to pay in full now.. well put in a S/H one and ring you on monday"... i goes in next thursday... "oh yeah... your battery is here... cant put it in now coz we is busy".... F*CK YOU.. NOW!!!!)
wont go back there ever... considering they are a dealer for the bike i was riding, i was supremely pissed off...
ps... another guy, while i was there, was asking about his dirt bike but they wanted cash up front ($500) before they would order parts and then refused to let him in the workshop to see his bike!

I can see where they are coming from - I'm sick of sending parts back for credit when a customer doesn't return to have the work done,I get to pay the freight both ways.I'm sick of doing a job that I was ok'd to do,then have the customer say ''oh,I haven't got that much,I'll pay $100 now pay the rest next week....or when you can catch me'' I feel like asking for cash up front before I even touch their car.The Diamante in here now goes out with a fucked trans, the cheapest pads I can find without machined rotors - and he pays half today....the rest when he remembers. And I bet he tells everyone about the crappy work I do.GRRRRRR....rant over.

I can see your point too but its not the best way to go about business in a town of 20,000 people, and sweet FA bikers, when wellywood is 48kms away...
I thought it was great when I found some people on the coast that werent mainly a harley shop... shoulda guessed when the mechanic asked if the zeal was 600 or a 400
at least the other bike shop are pretty cool... if ya like bourbons with the boys on a friday

I this day and age it is common practice to ask for payment before ordering any goods. Too many people will not come back.

I OWN a fork tube for a, get this, RG150. Ordered it for a "mate", no deposit. Haven't seen or heard from him since. Because I ordered it, I own it. A fucking $400 fork tube for a FUCKING RG150. What the hell am I gonna do with that?

However, if you have the bike in the workshop and stilll want parts paid for before ordering, that's just the sign of a business about to fold.

Motu The only solution is to addopt the ol' "No cash, no car" philosiphy.

No cash, no car? People don't treat their dentists or the TAB like this, so their mechanics shouldn't stand for it either...

You could always just make one, you just need a vice, a hacksaw, a file, and a piece of suitable steel. It's what I did...
I made two, but I only really needed one, but I guess they'd be the wrong size for a Ducatti.
