    Exercise

    Exercise Routine

You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

    SCROLL DOWN...

    NOW SCROLL UP..

That's enough for the first day. Great job.

    Have a Chocolate.

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Eh watch it you...a slight inebriation just helps in lubricating the pipes, and cannot be called "drunk"...besides, should I remind you of the Mika episode?
