My injuries are limited to a bruised knee and black eye, and a compression fracture of my 3rd Vetebrae (T3) which will heal in 6-8 weeks.

Thanks again for all your help and sorry to put a damper on the rest of the ride.

Sorry to hear about the bin. Been there, it's not too nice.

Things will get back to normal eventually but I hope it happens sooner rather than later for you.

P.S. TS, you'll enjoy riding the MTB there I am sure. It's probably like riding a dirt bike through cross country, there's heaps of obsticals and jumps etc. You still have to concentrate like you would when riding a motorbike hard. Best part about is that it is great for fitness and training for racing AND you don't pay for fuel or tires etc when your out there doing it!!

I didn't have to leave. I was just being a soft cock!

I have just seen that you are an ambulance officer. And that Riff Raff on the Rebel is one too. I thought you guys swore off bikes as they are so bloody dangerous?

Being in this job makes you think of your own mortality. You never know when your time is going to be up, so I'm going to make damn sure I have lots of fun on the way.
