Cops that can't drive

Spotted this (female) community constable this morning on the way to work - speed was 50-55 and she drove like this for about 1km

obviously not paying any attention to the task at hand

Thanks for saying that...I kept on looking and looking and all I could come up with would be that the distance between the two vehicle isn't exactly ideal...

If that's not it, then I don't know.

She wasn't arresting burglars of course... or she was following too close... speeding (55?) wearing the wrong sized shoes or *gasp* employed by the NZ Police.
