Incident type: Suspicious Fire

Media Release: Port Hills Fire
Today Police have been working with the Fire Service trying to ascertain the cause of the fire which began last night.
Just off the road there has been found a Nissan Primera car and it would seem that this vehicle was at the heart of where the fire has started.
The car was reported stolen from the Wigram area after 10 pm last night.
'We would be very interested in any sightings of a silver or grey Nissan Primera car on the summit road after 10pm.' said Detective Senior Sergeant John Rae of the Southern CIB.
'There was likely to have been another vehicle with the Primera,' he said, 'which would have taken the people responsible for dumping the car there away from the area. If anyone can provide any information as to the actions of the person(s) in the Primera and an associated vehicle we would be pleased to hear.'

Ya been off work or something?? not good to hear, could have raided my garage freezer still full of vension, even through I haven't been out for 2 mths for a wander,. time& money hungry!!

Not off work mate. The bikes just costing me a lot of money which all went on my credit card which is tied into my mothers account cos Im to lazy to get my own card.

If I dont pay it off I will have more to worry about than extra interest if you know what I mean.

She says I can come and eat at her place anytime. I had plenty of food though. It just wasnt really tasty. I didnt starve. I just wanted to eat something decent.

I haven't been on a WNR for 2 or 3 weeks, so was great to head up through the Weka Pass and on to Greta Valley for a drink and chat. Man it does get dark fast now, winter must be on it's way. Great to catch up again, and to see Timg make it to a WNR

and what a great full moon to ride under!!!!!
Oh well yes, winter is almost upon us.
Time to put the toys in the garage, add some bling, or repair those bits that need doing, but good riding weather put off.
Yeah for the Sundowner in a couple of weeks, lol I can walk to that one!
If it turns out wet, well my place will be warm and dry....
Just roll down the hill across the road and jump my back fence.
There is even a gate in the pubs fence to use..................watch out for me goat!
