yeah, thought about what I said after I posted it. Obviously corners are different.... But on the straight, around town etc, then the drivers wheel track is the place to best be seen.

Missus: What the f*&k is that???!!!! Where the f*&k do you think that's going??Me: It's a [insert old broken vehicle here] can't you tell?Missus: Oh for f*&k's sake... [slams door]Me: Phew, lucky she didn't see what's on the trailer!
Sorry for ragging on you dude. You were riding where I would ride a push bike is all.
The staggered formation is usually a good idea as it gives you extra space to stop in, but you should never put yourself in danger by thinking that you have to stick to it.
Also if Im at the front of a group, Im always in the right hand side of the lane as it is usually the place where you can see the most therefore you can hopefully avoid anything that decides to try and get in your way.
Farking hell D
I'm sad that I had work on. Would have loved that kind of consise input!
From D's post I'm taking it we should be grateful that the entire ride made it back home without casualties...
(D, by Roadkill I suppose you mean MIZXR (Andy) - Roadkill is another forum).
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Yeh I'm getting a split personality. Though roadkill is the orginal split, and a well earnt nick as well.(D, by Roadkill I suppose you mean MIZXR (Andy) - Roadkill is another forum).
Rashika, get a new B/F![]()
Laughed so hard I fell of the lazyboy. chair that is
Cheers D.Didn't see any mono's anywhere you sure it happened? Good points you have made. though I sorta didn't see anyones riding to judge
Dam dude that huge light you have took up both my mirrors, good thing I don't use them.
Saw a couple of silly baby stoppies when the person didn't check properly behind.
Sorry those behind me thanks for missing!
Good fun ride, didn't realise how much i had missed that piece of goat track.![]()
yep, I'm working on it... any takers?
and yep helen, trust your brakes, you'll get more confident with them with lotsa practise (I did on mine!), and they will be so different to your previous rides. (almost run up ya arse once... my bad... your braking was just a little harder than i anticipated)
yeah I saw the attempt... just managed to put it down before carreering of the summit road in to the paddocks below (first stop up the top)... believe me, he's a tryer!
Yeah I do love the road, but it still challenges me everytime, very different doing it in the near dark (damn light)

They dont all see it like that tho AJ, as for the later half of ya post... prick
DOH
yip, my bad... best brakes money can buy are Brembo, I grabed to biga handfull but released straight away my rear aplercation was beter, my sfinxter mussle dident relax till I got home
-yip
-yeah good and bad myself and some more than once like Livs pase on the summit, (not far behind)
-yeah summit rd, but remember it is a very narrow and tight rd at points so it is very tricky to get it right (includes myself)
-IMHO, in a straight line, center (unless in a staggered format) on righties, left track and on left handers the right track (can some times differ due to road camber)
-I hope so...
-you take it wrong, my post is good and bad riding habbits and the last line even says 'all up good riding'
-yeah him
Yep, Id be keen
ohhhhhhh yeah, forgot about that bunny hop, bloody thing wouldnt turn![]()
cheers DD

Hey Cruisa, I remember you. Didnt you used to ride bikes a long time ago?
Anyone keen for a ride this Sunday?
Just a cruise up through either Greta Valley or Leader Road (perhaps both).
Tentative plan is to leave mid to late morning, have lunch and a beer somewhere along the way and to be home by 5.
If fine and can manage to go quite possibly
pm me tomorrow ,
cant make a sat ride so maybe sunday
whats helen up to maybe a ride as well
any others ?
ahhh ya poor old soul... ok here ya are
your brakes are hopelessly hard to see with the sun shining on them, and those behind ya have trouble seeing them... lucky I was beside you
yeah ya know what I THINK he did used to
dunno 'bout a ride on Sunday, depend on whether I head out with the others tomorrow or not. (got stuff to do before hand)
