    Engine mounts

    Hi all,

I am looking for a something to use as an engine mount. I would be really keen to find some kind of rubber metal sandwich thing, maybe 3-5mm of rubber sandwiched between two sheets of 1-2mm steel. It would be great if it was around 20mm square. Has anybody seen/heard of a product like this, or have any ideas of keywords to use on the google?

go have a chat with an exhaust fitter. There a re a lot of aftermarket exhaust mounts that might just do the job you want
Even Ripco may have what you are looking for on display

Found some.. para rubber. the actual mounts where expensive as $22 each. 2 washers and a brick of rubber works just as well for about $3.
