Gn250 Brake Lever and Reservoir

Hey peoples

Merry Christmas

The GN has had a drop pretty much standing still and the brake lever snapped, taking with it part of the whole assembly meaning that I cant just replace the lever and i need a new reservoir with lever.

My question being does anybody have a second hand set or know of one that fits the GN which I could snatch of TradeMe?

if the cable is still good you could trey pull a dodgy with any master cylinder that fits a single disc brake and a 7/8 bar... old GS ones will work, so will GSX250 (the teapot ones) Master cylinder from a cb250/400 will work aswell

If you wanna get real tricky the forks/wheels from a gs550 fit into the triple trees rather nicely twin disc conversion anybody?

I have a parts, gn 250 with disk front brake
I wont know what parts will be coming off it till tomorow
and i was going to list the whole wreak on trade me or would i be better to dismantle it sell as individual parts ?

Its only missing the cylinder and the head ,the exhaust and pipe and the carb and seat all thest is there as far as i know
forks are all good one just weeps a slight bit
and the wheels are fine i think with tyres that are ok
