rock2wgtn ticket stuff-ups

This is nice and festive.
Yesterday had a phone call from a cool lady in Hamilton, (I live in the Manawatu).
She had been delivered my rock2wgtn tickets!!!. Bugger, I thought but, as she rocks, she is forwarding them on to me, Awesome!.
Then today I get $1500 worth of rock2wgtn tickets for someone in Te Kuiti in my mailbox!.
Course I rang them and will forward them on.. but Ticketek are charging loads for service charge and delivery, and aren't providing much of a service , just wondered if anyone else has had the same problems?.
Not good for such a massive show eh?.

You should directly contact them and ensure they know of the f-up .. you may find they will re-issue all tickets .. I personally would expect a refund of the delivery costs.
