You refering to the rust deposits it would get from being left out in the rain? I'd never be allowed to put the RG in the garage, shit, the stunt bike only gets shelter if I really shoe horn everything in there.

If you can live with the mess* nothing beats Castrol R40. Smells like heaven.
And in a Dirt Bike test of all the oils (way back in the 70's) it made more power on a dyno than any other oil - proper test too - new piston and rings for EACH test, Bike was a Yamaha DT1
*R40 tends to gum up the works of a motor
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

Back when my bike actually went, I used Shell VSX. Fully synthetic, but only about $50 for 4L.
And it's reccommended by Rotax for use in their flying machine engines, so it can't be too bad.

probably seems like it drinks so much cause u gauge it by the top resivoir by the tank, its actualy got another massive chamber full of oil, check your oil light works, and fill it up less-often

I've just been sticking my finger in the oil resovoir and topping it up whenever it comes out clean. Using Bel Ray fully synthetic at the moment - think it was about $90 for 4L

Fucking aye, not sure what the last owner of my bike put in but I just threw in a liter of Valvoline oil in the weekend to keep levels up and the oil light off.

    Supercheap winnar rumber 1!!!

Fark does she smoke now As a result my Dad quite enjoyed following me to the bike mechanic shop today.

Aye, that it is, that it is! I experimented with other brands before finding that this one is the smokey dokey!
