Looks like a good excuse to turn off at Waianakarua and follow the coast to Oamaru.

    Hey Dudes and Dudess's

I try not to listen to these friggin weather forecasts nowadays...........as last week they said shit weather was coming to Queenstown, but it never came. And, I have riden in the wet so many times, thats its a surprise when its sunny.

Anyway.....................I'm looking forward to it, at the moment, I have a shiney bling bling bike raring to go, just like its owner, so see you dudes there, as the song goes "I don't care what the weatherman says when the weatherman says its raining......"

    Coi for now

Rain is just liquid sunshine that you can feel.

Climb on your ride with the right gear and have fun

Slip Sliding away woo hoo, sounds like ice skating on two wheels

Now is where that benifit of a heavy bike comes out on top

After a slab or two of bevveys at the site, the alcahole will take care of the cold. nothing like Tui's antifreeze in the system to keep ya going.

Yeah I Know D yours will be burbon antifreeze!

Now where are all those big plastic bags?

It looks like theres plenty of room there to get lost among the tents...

actually the food stalls are usually pretty good at the MHR They have excellant pork sammies, as well as 3-4 stalls and usually a kitchen with more full meal like food, and muffins and suchlike. Pretty good for food there!
So when you guys coming up?

I'm heading down today with Buellbabe and SuziQ

cool... will keep an eye out.
We will be going the back way, via the 3 gorges then head south, prob in a coupl of hours. So if you see a blue triumph wil big mother paniers (buellbabe looks like a wee thing on it!) and a black/orange Buell with big white number panel on the front, give us a wave

see you all there.. raincoats and all!
