We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year,

What have you found? The same old fears.

That's the key to it, bikernimpho - sex is SO natural. For many of us I think it takes a while for it to be accepted as "natural" - having been raised in the shadow of Victorian disapproval. Perhaps it's as much about achieving independence in a financial sense as it is about independence in an emotional sense, and breaking away from those entrenched beliefs. Women seem to grow an awful lot, personally, between 30 and 35 - some of us anyway!

Oooh and have to share a story - two bikers out on New Year's Eve, riding around Tauranga/the Mount, no kids, no responsibilities, endless night, full tank of gas. They park up, lie on the grass, gaze at the stars, philosophise and navel gaze - life is generally grand. Mobs of teenagers walk past, jovial and jolly, banter is exchanged with a few groups, until one gorgeous young hard-belly yells out "yeah, bro, go for it - give it heaps". Bikers laugh along .... then the hard belly adds a post-script ... "yeah, bikers, hey, you're never too old to do that shit". The comment was so well intentioned that at the grand old ages of 36 and 41 all the bikers could do was laugh and hope their incontinence pads held up .....

Seems even though we women might think about it more often, the youngsters will never accept us actually acting on our thoughts! Might have to resort to the measures we employed in our youth ... bike sheds, sand dunes, bushes, cars ..... ooooh sounds entirely fabulous to me!

    I'm losing my touch!!!

The wise sexually charged Disco Dan has some words of wisdom:

"Science is a lot like sex. Sometimes something useful comes of it, but that's not the reason we're doing it."

"For me, love is very deep, but sex only has to go a few inches."

"Just saying 'no' prevents teenage pregnancy the way 'Have a nice day' cures chronic depression."

"If sex doesn't scare the cat, you're not doing it right."

"Sex always has consequences. When Hitler's mother spread her legs that night, she effectively canceled out the spreading of fifteen to twenty million other pairs of legs."
"Speed has never killed anyone. Suddenly becoming stationary - that's what gets you."

    Talking Well ladies

    enjoy!
At the very young age of 50, my lady and I are more active then we were in out 40's but not quite as active as we were in out 30's
With no adult children to disturb us , the ones that go " ewe mum keep it quiet"
and the only spectators at home being the little Dog and the Parrot , sex has regained its enjoyment and fun.
Ok so things have a tendency to have a gravitational pull, skin tone is a little different, hair colour is either grey or from a bottle but!
the eyes dont change, and they are the windows of the soul...

The enjoyment is better, as it is more relaxed, the intimate dinners, secret spots in the public arena, naughty week ends away at holiday spots are much more fun. Even skinny dipping under a summer moon...

ROFL Because the perspective is that we are too old and respectabile to be doing THAT!

Yes I do agree that women are not the house keepers of men anymore, and that is a good thing.
Cooking my own meals, washing my own clothes, spending my own money (finnaly) are all part of the enjoyment of being a individual, which makes for more fun!
Its time now, that we explore areas of sex, that were not possibile before, because joints and backs etc are not as flexabile, so finding new positions becomes and everlasting enjoyabile game.

Sex does not stop at 50, it mellows like old wine, soft on the pallet and much more enjoyabile.
I dont expect that we will stop till it is a physical impossibility, so for you young men who think that you need as much as possibile before it wears out, Dont stress, because stress will be the thing that stops it.
Girls, there really is life after 50, but dont wait till then
You Ladies who have all the wonderfully naghty thoughts, they are not naughty at all! , they are just reminding you of who you are.
A highly sensual being with strong natural urges, that should not be bottled up and hidden because of the ""Moral Standings" of others.

We have the freedom of choice, and just like we ride bikes, because of the freedom it gives us,
the freedom to explore our sexuality should be our own personal choice.
We should not be governed by rules and fears forced upon us by thoses who only think that the risks involved are not worth the enjoyment gained.
Of the social standards that come from years of religious suppression.

Like a bike, always SHOULD be remembered,
Make sure the rubber is in good condition,
because its all that seperates us from a accident that will change your life.
To be old and wise, first you must be young and stupid.
