    Transfer Sticker for 92 CBR600

    Hi all,
My CBR suffered a little act of god a while ago. I have the upper fairings back from the paint shop, but i need the upper RH fairings blue transfer to get the bike looking original (ish, with a Kirker pipe).

For an idea of what one I'm talking about, have a look at the bike in my profile and it is the blue sticker beside the head light.

Granted you can't see it, but if you know the CBR's you will know what one I mean.

So if anybody can help, or knows somebody who can, please PM me.

    Cheers
    QB.

    PM MSTRS.

    He is The Man.

If you can send him eps files of the decals you want it would help too.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Oh well, MSTRS can't help me out there, due to the good old ninety's fade-out design.
Not to worry, will keep on my quest...
Will ask the boys at work... bound to have some flash kit in our very own paint shop.

Now, next thing I'm looking for is a Dzus fastener that goes into the little service panels.
    Can anybody help there?
Like has somebody got one of a CBR they broke?

If you are still looking for your sticker, try these guys in the States,
    http://www.yamahaoftroy.com/fiche_section_detail.asp

Have a look thru their parts catalog. Just select the category, manufacturer and model. The sticker set is under "F2 stripe 92".

At least you can compare prices!

Sorry I can't link right too it. It's a menu driven thing.

The other option would be to get it airbrushed on. My '90 VFR had the the tank and entire rhs repainted. All the graphics were airbrushed. Apart from the lack of a raised edge for the sticker, you had to look really close to see the difference.

That was done by Cyclespray in Freemans Bay, Auckland.

    Hope you get it sorted.

Be careful as the american decals and paint jobs were more squared off in design ( conservative).
I had a 93 CBR600 withe the tiger stripes, dropped that and it was only about $150 dearer to buy a whole new fairing side & panel, than to repair, paint and purchase decals.
As for the clip you could possibly get some anodised after market ones.

Just get a digital printed vinyl logo made, fade and all. We do them as do most signwriters in town. Try Eye Candy opposite KFC on Rangitikei (moving to Matapo st though), they are the Automotive Digi graphic masters.

The signie will need the bike tho. When doing one side only the colour matching will be a nightmare.
I have a cutter (and access to a very nice HP printer) but to try and do off a photo is asking for trouble.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Cheers Guys.
Been too busy looking from the cockpit of my bike to notice the fact it is missing a sticker.

Will take the bike into town and see what they can do.
Leaving it with them may well be an option.... Once they make a copy of one, surely they can mirror it for the other side? Then I have two replicas. No hassle... Apart from deleting the flipped CBR out of the image of one side....

Then, I am not 100% sure on how all the process works... so may be living in hope?
