I need a halfway decent sports/tourer
Suggestions please as to what companies to contact down there

Was going to hire a 250 off TSS Motorcycles for my full licence before I managed to find another bike, not sure if they hire out anything bigger. Could try giving them a call on 04 569 3989.

Re Bike Hire in Wellington, The only place I know of is in the Hutt (Lower), I think its called Honda City, or used to be anyway.
Used to be able to hire for a day and pick up on the weekend.
Pretty average selection, but they would most likely have sonething like a 95 FZR, or VFR, could be right up your street.
Price used to be about $130 per day + insurance etc.
Hope this helps, info is from memory of a couple of years ago but might be worth a look.
