Lightbulb I really need some advice

Im about 6foot2 maybe even 6foot3 and around 90kgs. I'm looking to buy a 250c roadbike. Ive narrowed down my options to the hyo gt250(R) the GSX250 the Bandit250 the hornet250 ZXR250 and maybe the CBR250r.

I dont want a gutless bike and I dont want 2 look 2 big for the bike.

Can anyone offer any advice from past experience as I go looking? CHEERS

Tide has a Hyo 250 and he's a big boy. Manages to look pretty good on it too.

However, he has had a few complaints about his, so you might want to flick him a PM to ask for feedback.

What about a VTR250? Plenty of enjoyment there, I can assure you...

I'm 6'4" ish and 115kgs... Hyo 250's are good bikes. About the best I found for size without going to a cruiser

Go the Hyo or a bike without a step up to the pillion seat, I'm 6'2" and almost had to sit on the pillion seat to ride my GPX.

Same as Colapop, i'm 6'4", but a tad heavier.

    Hyosung works brilliantly for me.

All the taller or more well set guys we know have settled on the Hyosung. Seems to be the one that copes with size and weight

Perfection is not something you should ever attain, but something to always strive for. For if we actually achieve our idea of perfection, is it then any longer perfect?

Why limit to just the Hyo GT250R, the GT250, and the GV250 (cruiser) are all good for the taller or larger amongst us all three have different riding positions try em all for an hour then make your choice.

I rode a hyosung GT250. Quite big bike, not too powerful thou. It overheated at two different occasions trying to cruise at 110kph slightly uphill. The engine stopped but could be restarted 1 minute later when cooled down. Oil levels etc were all good.
    I'm 175 cm, 75 kg.
Maybe that's to expect from a 250cc air cooled engine?

Im 6'2 and 140kg, and my zzr250 was fine. go for a tourer rather than a sports bike and you will get a better riding position. it all depends on how much money you want to spend too
They said i have so much ass crack that i could be a dealer

The other bike to try that is very comparable to the Hyo is the Suzuki VL250, I have one of these bikes find it great and it has a little more top end speed vs the hyo because it is a little bit lighter.
