While you sit there liking things just cos' everyone else does, I'll be standing up here keeping it real.
I would honestly like to know why you think that? Is it because I place safety and staying in one piece a higher priority over "having fun"..???
Is this such a strange and bizarre concept to you, that you don't even consider me a motorcyclist... and that I couldn't possibly enjoy motorcycling?
If that is the case, then it is you that has some pretty fucked up ideas about motorcycling.
Safety and staying in one peice higher priority than fun Very stange and very bizzare, Have you ever taken a risk? you should try it, its addictive, Your a motorcyclist alright, to each his own. I guess you enjoy riding your SV like you enjoy driving your honda accord. good for you
I have fucked up ideas about sportbiking yes It took me 7 hours to get from auckland to New Plymouth on friday didnt get out of first gear much? didnt get any tickets either, Learnt alot about staggered stance though
And after spending almost 2 weeks on the back of this hoons bike I can tell you he is a bloody good rider and I never felt unsafe!! He even took me round Pukekohe for a test session so if that didn't put the shit up me then he obviously is doing something right! Skills can be transferable and we only learn and progress by pushing our boundaries and trying new things.
We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have you found? The same old fears.
Wish you were here. QWQ

Maybe it's you that doesn't enjoy motorcycling then. Is your bike just another one of your toys like your skateboard or PlayStation?
Me, I just love getting on my bike and riding... no matter what the speed is. Certainly wouldn't call it "torture". Any speed on a bike beats driving a car any day. I love the freedom of just going no place in particular for an ice cream... then throwing a leg back over and having the pleasure of riding home again. I love loading up a tent and sleeping bag and going exploring on my 4 days off from work. I love only having to spend $20 at the pump to fill it up.! I love just tinkering with and cleaning my bike when having a lazy day at home. I love the thought of hopefully many many years to come of enjoying a life of motorcycling.!![]()
I love the dream of being able to wheelie as good as Kevmo one day
