[QUOTE=JayRacer37;1381376]to. I rode a steady race for the rest of it, controlling the gap behind me and saving my front tyre (we can change rear tyres between races, but not fronts).

Well done Jay,Good luck with the next round.
Why cant you change front tyres between races? Is it a rule thing or mechanical reason?
It's not that I'm wrong- It's your too dumb to understand!!!

Its the rule for supersport. Two rear tyres and one front for each weekends races.

I see the pot is being stirred by the media

Last weekend Lawrence had a much better weekend than Sadowski and is currently 2nd in the points series , Sadowski didn't finish either race so has no points and summed it up by say "The worst race day of my life". But wants to make it better this coming weekend.

Young Brother Matt Sadowski grabbed the lap record at Christchurch before crashing in the first leg.

"To be honest I would rate the Sadowski brothers as two of the most out of control riders I have had the displeasure of sharing a track with" Lawrence says.

While not saying too much Dave Sadowski gave the impression that there will be no give or take when they face off , and that he is not fazed at all by Lawrence.

What ever the outcome New Zealand hasn't had a rivalry like this for some time. Two determined young chargers out on the track , Lawrence determined to build on his points and Sadowski determined to start is point score in the best possible way. watch this space.

Good writeup Jay. LOL... this Sad-owski thing makes me think of people I've known that come over to NZ for their OE, live it up and take people for granted (make enemies) then bugger off home with no consequences. Maybe its just racing?

Jay, your concerns about the riders around you are valid. Please make sure your concerns are discussed with the steward, whose job is to administer "Safe, Fun, Fair" The dangerous riding everybody witnessed at Ruapuna contravened all these principles, and for the benefit of the riders, those around and them and the sport's image it has to be stopped, very quickly.

Unfortunately one needs to say here here to that.

I heard so much about it on Sunday, then to log on and see that was frankly disturbing.

Not even optimised to run in Mozilla interface!

Yeah I know. But you would be quite happy with the "upgrade" the site had a month or so ago. The first iteration of the site was straight from the 90's!

Good effort Jay, push where you can push, but staying on wins points.

    Good luck for weekend.

I think its been designed in Frontpage 95. Offered to clean it up for them... hope they don't take offense.
