    Selection of bike clothing

    Hi all,

Im hoping someone can direct me to a bike shop that has an impressive selection of bike clothing. Im looking to upgrade my current gear. I was so excited when I bought my bike and the gear that I didnt spend enough time trying it all on and ended up buying everything one size too large, including the helmet which couldnt be returned It will be on Trademe soon as I have bought another - better fit and a model up - funny that.

So, in your opinion, is there a particular shop (in Auckland or surrounding area ) that stands out for having a great selection of gear to try and buy?

    Thanks!

    Iain

cycletreads on the shore probably has the best "off the shelf" selection. but you really should look Quasi up as well, as his after sales service is second to none with very good prices to boot

Thanks for that. I had a walk through CycleTreads before I got my bike so wasnt paying attention to the stuff on the shelves but was amazed to see how many shelves there were.

I knew someone that had a Quazimoto leather jacket and seemed very happy with it so Ill check out bikestore.co.nz as Ive read they stock the QM range.

Ill re-visit CycleTreads tomorrow - excellent.

    Thanks again...

Will do. Do you have a store in Whitford? I read that somewhere...

Yes, Quasi has textile as well as leather.

Cycletreads, Motomail, etc are ALL worth a visit to see what they have. Very entertaining and educational way to spend a day.
