Milford Beach violence: WTF is going on?

Media has been de-sensitising people for decades...its a lot better at it now we have access to people home movies from the whole world.
Violence has become acceptable to a great many who really have no proper use for it.
I have only had 3 encounters with this type of retard. Maori, PI and European. Knife and bottle were used on 2 occassions.
If you're not able to disarm the wanker and kick his ass, run!
If you're significanlty out numbered retreat cautiously
If you ARE able to handle the siuation - I find taking out the most aggressive prick first works well. break the arm, nose and jaw. Tell them they are boys playing with men.
A weapon can be taken from you and used against you! Only use if profficient and truly intent on using it properly.

As an ex Chippie, I know how to use a screwdriver and hammer, REAL well.......
Had all my tools ripped off out of my van in Milford on a Saturday afternoon in a public carpark not that long ago! As with most other chippies, the thought of smashing the grasping limbs of pricks like that has been honed through many hours of practice.....
They're brazen cunts - probably the same ones whose idea of fun is to drive around the Bays and smash all the windows on cars parked in the street! 4-5 people I know have had that happen to them - now it seems they're elevating the stakes and smashing up people instead!

Why is it that people find this incident disturbing. NZ is slowly evolving, this is nothing compared to what we will be bitching about in 10 years time. Look at whats happening oversea's. Seems to me NZ'ers are trying to accelerate it by our willingness to bendover. Not being sexists but not much in the way of male leadership in NZ at present.

I know the Mob are training the bloods in kyokushin down here to do their bidding. Rumors were going around that we were training these little fuck wits, which is all bullshit.

This is NZ. Is this NZ. Repetitive thoughts of "time to get the H outta here" since hearing this latest edition of "turning NZ into a hellhole" . Aggravated robbery is dressing it up a bit - sounds more like doing a kill each to earn gang membership or summat equally reptilian, but even failing at that. We need a new york style clean up. I hope the culprits are
A) charged with attempted murder and detained till neutralised or
B) take a rehabilitative course featuring Hara Kiri during a short stay inside. Cretins would be more beneficial to the planet as fertiliser...

What a load of sexist waffle.

Women are front line troops and Police officers now. They want equality? Well if they bash a bloke they get it back.

What makes violent women immune from retaliation? Why is it OK for a woman to slap a bloke in the face or hit him with a frying pan or rolling pin on TV?

In this particular case, it's not that they bashed a woman. It's that they bashed a person. You're not worth more if you're a chick, and you're not worthy of extra consideration when a person is sentenced for bashing you. Scrub that gender bias rubbish.

I guess I just need to keep reminding my folks to be aware - I'm sure my brother and sister must do that already. They don't walk around much anymore, just down to the beach with the dog, or around the shops, but random violence can occur anywhere and I don't want them to ever be targets.
Mum was conned by a guy with a kid (!) a couple of years ago, talked his way into the house, took credit cards while she was getting him the phone, then he called back claiming to be the police and she believed him and gave out details so he could use the cards. She's 85 FFS! The only good thing was no physical harm, but still.............
It is, sadly, the way of the world, it's just taken a while longer to get to NZ, but seems like it is there with a vengeance these days, and been going that way for the last decade, I guess.
Aren't we supposed to leave a better world for our kids? I think the last generation has let us down, and the previous generations are paying for it now.
